Who is the Pearl?

John Hargrove has again written an interesting book of commentary. This one on parables. The Pearl of great price is something people have speculated about over time. There are no doubt many takes on what it is and who/what it is speaking of. Mr. Hargrove brings out that he believes the Pearl is Jesus. I think it is a worthy read and I would recommend it.

This "old" story, though told many times, heard translated, and personally taught to others, has new fresh insight into a story that remains valid for gaining wisdom, knowledge and understanding of how God provides "living" water. God's Word will always be fresh and filled with inspiration for living and seeking the celebration of life.

excellent read!

This was a quick read but meaty. I had never heard this perspective on the parable about the pearl. As Mr Hargrove explained his reasoning and the scriptures that support that thought I could only agree with his interpretation. Excellent book!
